We donate 20% of all sales toward PETA's vital work to help animals used in the clothing industry.  🎉👏💘🌱🐾🌍

With this cute, cropped tee, shoppers can take a stylish stand against cruelty. Today’s market is filled with chic animal-friendly fabrics, from supple vegan leather to soft wool-free knits, so there’s never been a better time to revolutionize our wardrobes. Animal skins are loaded with toxic chemicals to keep them from decomposing and are responsible for the slaughter of millions of living beings every year.

Vegan fashion spares animals immense suffering, from cows who are branded, castrated, and skinned for leather to sheep who are kicked and beaten in wool-industry shearing sheds. This crop top is sure to inspire animal-friendly choices by style-savvy women everywhere.

Vegan Babes Making Top 5 on X Factor

We first met sisters Brooke and Tayla at the Cruelty Free Festival in Sydney 2 years ago. We instantly fell in love with their bubbly personalities and awesome vegan vibe!

Their X Factor audition has had over 23 million views on Youtube!! We have had it on repeat here at In The Soulshine so a few hundred of those would've been! No matter how many times we watch it we are constantly blown away by how talented they are!

Yeah girls!!! It's so awesome to see so many people embracing the vegan lifestyle! Never would've thought a group that made top 5 on X Factor would be vegan. It's just proof our little community is growing and growing. Makes us so damn happy :)

For when it's cold outside and you're wanting a warmer alternative to your smoothie bowl try this simple delicious Tofu Scramble recipe :)

  • 8 ounces (220g) extra firm tofu
  • Olive oil
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups kale, loosely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric (optional)

  • Salsa
  • Cilantro
  • Hot Sauce
  • Breakfast potatoes, toast, and/or fruit

  1. Pat tofu dry and roll in a clean, absorbent towel with something heavy on top, such as a cast iron skillet, for 15 minutes.
  2. While tofu is draining, prepare sauce by adding dry spices to a small bowl and adding enough water to make a pourable sauce. Set aside.
  3. Prep veggies and warm a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add 1-2 Tbsp olive oil and the onion and red pepper. Season with a pinch each salt and pepper and stir. Cook until softened - about 5 minutes.
  4. Add kale, season with a bit more salt and pepper, and cover to steam for 2 minutes. In the meantime, unwrap tofu and use a fork to crumble into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Use a spatula to move the veggies to one side of the pan and add tofu. Sauté for 2 minutes, then add sauce, pouring it mostly over the tofu and a little over the veggies. Stir immediately, evenly distributing the sauce. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until tofu is slightly browned.
  6. Serve immediately with the breakfast potatoes, toast or fruit. I like to add more flavor with salsa, hot sauce and/or fresh cilantro. Serves 2.

Plants For The Win 💪 🌱 Why Athletes Are Turning to A vegan Diet For Power

"Following a plant-based diet can not only benefit your health and the environment, but also the animals.. I've always enjoyed friendships with animals, and once I saw some footage and read about what went on I decided to cut that out." - Peter Siddle

Yep, we feel you Peter! We absolutely LOVE when plant-powered athletes speak up about the benefits of a vegan diet. Australian cricketer Peter Siddle caught up with PETA Australia to share how turning to plants for power has changed his life.

Thank you Peter Siddle for spreading the vegan love!

$2,170 Donated To Mino Valley Farm Sanctuary Thanks To You

In The Soulshine is committed to donating 10% of all profits to people and animals in need.

Recently we learnt about Mino Valley Farm Sanctuary, a non-for-profit organisation in Spain devoted to the caring and nurturing for farm animals who are victims of exploitation.

Mino Valley was founded by Abigail and her husband Mike after finding their purpose through a Veganism lifestyle. After reading their story, we were so moved by their incredible compassion and commitment to the animals that we wanted to help.

Recently Mike became seriously ill with an infection in the lymph node which doctors believe he contracted from one of the animals. The infection has left him severely ill, barely able to walk, breathless and very weak. He hasn't been able to carry out any of his normal work around the sanctuary which has left them in a terrible financial position.

Hearing of their situation, we donated $2,170 to help Mike on his journey back to recovery, and to support Abigail and the sanctuary by providing enough food and supplies for the animals.

"I can't even fully express how special this community, that we have built together, is to me."        - Abigail

We want to say a massive THANK YOU to you. It is because of you we were able to help this organisation and make an even bigger difference. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

If you would like to know more about Mino Valley Farm Sanctuary head to to learn about their story.
