If you had of asked me the steps to a happy life this time last year, I wouldn't have had the faintest idea. I was struggling and lost hope of one even existing. I continued taking small steps, focusing on the good that was already in my life and holding on to the little hope I had left. Now I have that happy, fulfilling life. I’m passionate about helping you find yours too. I've put together a list of the things that got me to where I am now. I hope you can get a lil something from it.
