There can be moments when we feel like our goals are just getting further and further away, we begin to wonder if there's any point even trying anymore. We focus so much on feeling stuck that we forget just how far we have come.
When I'm stuck my thinking is negative, the little trick I use to get me unstuck is to remember the things I have achieved in the past, , the accomplishments I'm so very proud of. I get to see the bigger picture and realise that the things I really wanted in the past I eventually got. It took time and I failed a lot along the way but I still got there.
What are your accomplishments? What are the things you’ve done in your life that you’re proud of? Write them down. They can be anything, big or small. Completing study, starting a new job, travelling, doing something even though you were scared, helping someone when they were in need.
