We accept exchanges on Australian orders. We can only exchange for items at same or lesser value. We ask that the item is in it's original condition and has not been worn or washed.
You are responsible to pay for the shipping cost incurred for returning the item for an exchange or refund.
If you request an exchange however, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new item out to you again.
Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges on international orders so please choose carefully.
