When is my order dispatched?
Once your order has been placed with ship it as fast as possible usually within 1 - 2 business days.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery time is 2 - 14 days. If you haven't received your order please contact us at email@example.com
Does my order include tracking?
Yes your order does include tracking. You will be sent your tracking details via email.
What if my order goes missing?
Check the delivery time above to see if it has passed the usual delivery time. If it hasn't passed the usual delivery time please wait until it has, it could be just around the corner. If it has, please check if someone could have received your order at your address on your behalf, check if you were left a card providing instructions on how to collect your order or check your local post office. If there is still no sign of your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What if some of my items are on PRE ORDER?
In The Soulshine will hold your order and ship once all items have arrived and are in-stock. The shipping amount you are charged during checkout is based on a single package. If you wish for your items to ship as they become available then you must place separate orders.
How do I change my delivery address once my order has been placed?
We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by us as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address contact us at: email@example.com
Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses.
What if I'm charged import tax?
In The Soulshine does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. International customers will need to check with their local customs office in regard to what, if any, duty and associated administrative costs you may be liable for when the order arrives.
Do I have to sign on delivery for my order?
Our shipping is a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address In The Soulshine takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend using a business address or an alternate secure address.
What if I simply changed my mind on products I purchased?
If for any reason you decide that you no longer want an item purchased from www.inthesoulshine.com simply return it to us within 14 days of purchase and we will gladly offer you a refund, or exchange (your choice) equal to the amount paid for the goods (excluding freight charges). If you opt for a refund, this will be processed via the payment method used at the time of purchase (excluding freight charges). It is important however that the item(s) and any packaging and ticketing which the goods may have come in/with, are in the same condition as when they left the In The Soulshine warehouse. It is also important that you have a proof of purchase of the goods, clearly identifying that the goods were purchased from www.inthesoulshine.com. If either of these 2 conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a refund, credit or exchange unless the item(s) are faulty.
Return and Exchange Procedure
Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return or exchange procedure.
Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charges. You will need to send the original or a copy of your invoice with your order in the event that your product is lost in transit.
In The Soulshine recommends that you send all returns via registered post. We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return our package for your account to be credited.
NOTE: Returns/exchanges are only accepted on non-sale and unused items in their original condition.
