Australia
Orders are packed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email.
Delivery times within Australia may vary depending on your location and Australia Post timeframes.
International
International orders are also packed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 10–15 business days after dispatch, although customs processing and local postal services may occasionally cause delays.
Please note that any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your new pieces. If you need a different size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to arrange a size exchange, subject to stock availability.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with any original tags or packaging where applicable
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for size exchanges.
Sale Items
All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong item, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
